The Malaysian
Institute of Accountants is always looking forward to work closely with the
members and to bridge the gap among our stakeholders. On this effort, we would
like to get support from our members to assist our stakeholder namely the
universities by sharing valuable expertise, experiences, accounting practical
knowledge, latest development and current issues in the accountancy environment.
The objective of this programme is to provide an avenue whereby MIA plays the
role as a mediator to the industries and universities. This is aligned with one
of our strategic directions, to inculcate a high sense of social responsibility
to various stakeholders.

How does it work?
MIA has created an online platform where interested
members are required to register online and to provide
contact details as well as to indicate the areas of
which the members are interested the most. The contact
details of the
registered firms,
universities or
individuals will then
be made available on MIA’s website where the
universities will be able contact you directly for
further collaboration.
Who can participate?
All members of MIA and academicians are invited to participate in this
programme. They can be members in practice, professional
accountants in business, public sector officers,
lecturers and the
list goes on.
