1. Objectives
To consider all appeals validly
lodged by members aggrieved by the decision of the Disciplinary Committee
against them.
2. Accountability
The Committee will report to the Council.
3. Scope and Authority
Within the authority given to it by virtue of the Accountants Act, 1967, the key tasks of the Disciplinary Appeal Board are to:-

the decision of the Disciplinary Committee against them. |

To confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the Disciplinary
Committee |

4. Term of Office

a) Composition |
|
|
|
|
|
The composition of the Board shall be determined by the Council. |
|
|
|
|
|
b) Quorum |
|
|
|
|
|
The quorum for the Board meetings shall be 3 members. |
|
|
|
|
|
c) Meetings |
|
|
|
|
|
The Board shall meet as and when required. |
