1. |
To consider
and recommend to Council major long-term objectives and overall policy
of the Association; |

2. |
To make
proposal to Council on Committees’ structure and composition and provide
overall coordination and control; |
|
3. |
To be
responsible for the financial management of the Association; |
|
4. |
To be
responsible for the smooth functioning of the Secretariat and
establishment matters; and |
|
5. |
To
co-ordinate international and any other activities of the Association. |
