Executive Committee is established by the Council as an operating
committee which is to function as a medium between the Council and the
management centre (MAAA Secretariat) to ensure that the business
strategies, daily operation and any operational issues are carried out
efficiently and effectively and that the requirements of good corporate
governance are observed. |
